Our School Council is made up of pupils who are elected to represent the views of all pupils and to improve their school.

A school council provides a meaningful way in which pupils can voice their opinions and have their views taken into account in decisions that impact upon them. Article 12 of the United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child (UNCRC) - Respect for views of the child.

At Holy Trinity Primary School, our school council is a group of children that represents the views of all our pupils. It gives our children the opportunity to have their voices heard and be part of the whole school community. They help to make decisions about school life and organise projects that support learning and development, such as organising charity events, theme days or representing the school at outside events.

We value the opinions of our pupils and our school council gives pupils a forum to share these opinions with our Head of School.

Head Students

Our Head Students are two pupils who embody the values of Holy Trinity and set an example to the rest of the school through their behaviour and attitude to learning.

House Captains

There are four Houses at Holy Trinity Primary School:  

1. St Andrew

2. St George

3. St Patrick

4. St David

The House Captains are Year 6 children and they serve for a year.  

What do the House Captains do?

1.They represent their Houses at school events, e.g. Sports Day.

2.They celebrate House Points achieved weekly by their Houses.

3.They are the popular focus for the achievements of everyone.

4.They embody our school values.
